The specific objectives of this programme are to develop knowledge and skills of learners in applying communication knowledge and skills to promote community development practices also learner applying socio-psychology knowledge and skills in promoting behavior change for community development.

The minimum entry requirements to the diploma in community development course shall be possession of at least four (4) passes in certificate of secondary education (CSEE) in any subjects except religious subjects.
